Gorgonzola Butter
Ingredients
4 oz.
Gorgonzola cheese, at room temperature
4 tbsp.
Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, softened
Directions
- In a food processor bowl, process cheese and butter until smooth.
- Using a piece of plastic wrap or waxed paper, roll and form Gorgonzola butter into a log shape; seal tightly and refrigerate until firm.
Tasty Tip:
- If you don't have a food processor, you can use a spatula to mash the cheese and butter together in a small bowl.
