Ensure that you do not have any active orders with us before requesting account deletion as an active order will prevent us from processing your account deletion request.

SMS/MMS

Utilizing some of Kowalski's services will subscribe you to receive promotional, transactional, or informational messages relating to the service. For example, when you text a store for the purposes of online order pickup, we will use that number in order to contact you about your order. We will not sell or otherwise share the information we collect to third-parties. If you no longer wish to receive text messages from us, you can opt out at any time by replying with the word 'STOP' or 'UNSUBSCRIBE' to the number from which you received the message.
