Tropical Green Tea Mocktails
Ingredients

oranges

3 bags
green tea
1 cup
passion fruit juice, chilled
½-¾ cup
pineapple juice, as needed to reach desired sweetness
1 cup
fresh pineapple, diced
3
key limes or 1 lime, sliced and halved
1
kiwi, peeled, sliced and halved
Directions
- Peel and segment 1 orange; set aside.
- Slice second orange less than ¼" thin; cut each slice into halves and set aside for garnishing.
- In a small stockpot or tea kettle, bring water to a boil.
- Remove pot from heat (or pour water from tea kettle into a glass measuring cup or bowl). Brew tea bags in hot water for 3 min.; remove tea bags and discard.
- In a pitcher, combine brewed tea, fruit juices, lime, kiwi and segmented oranges; chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.
- Pour chilled tea, including fruit pieces, into 4 individual serving glasses; garnish each glass with an orange slice.
