Raspberry-Mint Lemonade
Ingredients
½ oz. (a generous handful)
fresh Minnesota Grown mint leaves, plus more for garnish
48 oz.
Kowalski's Signature Freshly Squeezed Lemonade
½ cup
Kowalski's Raspberry Jam
- ice
- fresh Minnesota Grown raspberries, for garnish
- lemon slices, for garnish
Directions
- Place mint in a glass pitcher; use a wooden spoon to bruise the leaves and release essential oils.
- Add lemonade and jam to the pitcher; stir until well combined (it may help to loosen the jam by heating it in the microwave for about 30 sec.).
- Refrigerate mixture for 2-3 hrs.
- Strain lemonade; discard mint leaves and raspberry solids.
- Serve strained lemonade over ice with berries, mint and lemon slices for garnish.
Tasty Tip:
- Minnesota Grown products are fresher by miles, which is why we recommend them in this recipe! When local produce is unavailable, however, fresh produce grown elsewhere may be used.
