Chocolate Cookie Pie Crust

Makes enough for one 9" pie

Ingredients

1 ¼ cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter; toss with fork until well blended.
  3. Press crumb mixture firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate.
  4. Bake crust in preheated oven until firm to the touch (6-8 min.).
  5. Cool completely before using. Try this crust in our recipe for Chocolate Cream Pie (pictured).
