Buttermilk Parmesan Dressing

Makes about 1 ½ cups

Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup freshly grated Kowalski's Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp. buttermilk powder
1 ½ tsp. Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (from the Produce Department)
1 tbsp. anchovy paste (optional)
1-2 tbsp. water, as needed for desired consistency
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste

Directions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients (through anchovy paste) until combined.
  2. Thin with 1-2 tbsp. water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
