Lemon Yogurt Dressing

Makes about ¼ cup

Ingredients

1 tbsp. low-fat plain yogurt
2 tbsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. freshly grated lemon zest
¼ tsp. Dijon mustard
¼ tsp. Kowalski's Pure Honey
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth and well emulsified.
  2. Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
