Juicy Lucia Burgers with Sweet Potato Taco Tots and Chipotle-Lime Crema
Ingredients
20 oz.
frozen sweet potato tots (such as Alexia brand)
1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Taco Seasoning
- Chipotle-Lime Crema, for dipping
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, toss tots with seasoning.
- Arrange seasoned tots in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet; bake according to pkg. directions (or cook for 15-20 min. in a preheated 390° air fryer set to the "air fry" setting, stirring halfway through).
- Serve immediately with crema for dipping.
