Apple Brussels Sprout Slaw
Ingredients
3 tbsp.
apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp.
Dijon mustard
1 tsp.
Kowalski's Pure Honey
½ tsp.
kosher salt
½ tsp.
freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
12 oz. container
Kowalski's Shaved Brussels Sprouts (from the Prepared Produce Section)

medium-size tart apple (such as SweeTango, Haralson or Granny Smith), diced
½ cup
grated carrot
½ cup
shredded red cabbage
⅓ cup
grated Pecorino Romano cheese
¼ cup
diced green onion
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, mustard, honey, salt and pepper.
- Add remaining ingredients to the bowl; toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and chill slaw in the refrigerator before serving.
