Lemon Glaze

Makes ½ cup

Ingredients

1 cup confectioners' sugar
- zest of ½ lemon
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice (or more as needed)

Directions
  1. Add ingredients to a small bowl; mix until smooth, using just enough juice to make a very thick glaze of drizzling consistency.
  2. Serve drizzled over cake or cookies, as in our recipe for Lemon Drizzle Cake Bars.
