Fall Harvest Pizza
Ingredients
3 tbsp.
Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
4 oz. (about 2 cups)
chopped kale
1 tbsp.
chopped garlic
½ tsp.
dried thyme
1 loaf
Manoucher Fokachio Romana Rosemary & Onion Bread
6 oz.
Kowalski's Fresh Mozzarella
- Roasted Butternut Squash and Onions, to taste
- freshly grated Kowalski's Parmesan Cheese, to taste
- freshly ground Kowalski's Sea Salt and Black Peppercorns, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a medium skillet, heat 1 tbsp. oil over medium-high heat.
- Add kale, garlic and thyme; sauté for 2 min.
- Remove kale mixture from heat; set aside.
- Brush bread with remaining 1 tbsp. oil; top evenly with mozzarella.
- Top pizza evenly with cooked kale mixture, roasted squash and onions.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 min.
- Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
