Cranberry Salsa

Makes about 3 cups

Ingredients

½ cup chopped Minnesota Grown red onion
1 clove Minnesota Grown organic garlic
½ Minnesota Grown jalapeño pepper, stemmed and seeded
½ oz. fresh Minnesota Grown cilantro (or more to taste)
½ tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
6 oz. fresh Minnesota Grown cranberries
1 Minnesota Grown apple, peeled, cored and sliced
1 tbsp. Kowalski's Pure Minnesota Grown Honey
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Directions
  1. In a food processor, process first 6 ingredients (through salt) until finely minced.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; pulse to desired consistency.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
