Ingredients
¼ oz.
G.E. Massenez Crème De Cassis de Dijon
5 oz.
dry white wine, chilled
Directions
- Pour liqueur into a chilled Champagne flute.
- Pour wine over liqueur; serve immediately.
Tasty Tips:
- To make a Kir Royale, substitute sparkling wine for the white wine.
- To make a Kir Imperial, use crème de framboise instead of crème de cassis.
- Other variations on this drink may be made by substituting crème de gingembre or crème de pêche.
