5 oz. dry white wine, chilled

Directions
  1. Pour liqueur into a chilled Champagne flute.
  2. Pour wine over liqueur; serve immediately.

 

Tasty Tips:

  • To make a Kir Royale, substitute sparkling wine for the white wine.
  • To make a Kir Imperial, use crème de framboise instead of crème de cassis.
  • Other variations on this drink may be made by substituting crème de gingembre or crème de pêche.
