Pink Grapefruit Fro Yo
Ingredients
1 cup
heavy cream
¾ cup
sugar
2 cup
plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
⅔ cup
Kowalski's 100% Pure Grapefruit Juice
1 tbsp.
freshly grated grapefruit zest
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine cream and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until sugar is completely dissolved; remove from heat and cool completely. Stir in remaining ingredients; refrigerate 2 hrs. Pour into ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Scoop into an airtight storage container; freeze until firm.
