Graham Pie Crust
2 ½ cups (approx.)
Lemon Curd or Kowalski's Prepared Lemon Curd (from the Bakery Department)

Marshmallow Meringue
Directions
- Prepare recipes for pie crust, lemon curd and meringue as directed.
- Fill cooled crust with warm lemon curd; cool completely in refrigerator.
- Top tart with meringue.
- If desired, broil tart for 1-2 min. or use a kitchen torch to brown meringue.
