Ingredients

1 (9-11") Graham Pie Crust
2 ½ cups (approx.) Lemon Curd or Kowalski's Prepared Lemon Curd (from the Bakery Department)

Directions
  1. Prepare recipes for pie crust, lemon curd and meringue as directed.
  2. Fill cooled crust with warm lemon curd; cool completely in refrigerator.
  3. Top tart with meringue.
  4. If desired, broil tart for 1-2 min. or use a kitchen torch to brown meringue.
