Gluten-Free Baked Brie

Ingredients

7 oz. wheel Kowalski's Signature Brie
- caramelized onion jam (such as Divina or Stonewall Kitchen brand), to taste
- gluten-free crackers (such as Lesley Stowe Raincoast Gluten-Free Oat Crisps), warmed, for serving

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Bake cheese on a parchment-lined baking sheet in preheated oven until very warm and soft (5-7 min.).
  3. While cheese bakes, warm jam in the microwave for 30-60 sec. until loose and warm.
  4. Move hot cheese to a serving dish; top with warm jam
  5. Serve warm with crackers.
