Graham Pie Crust

Makes 1 (9-11") pie crust

Ingredients

1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
5 tbsp. Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter; toss with a fork until well blended.
  3. Press crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of an 11" removable-bottom tart pan or 9" pie plate; bake in preheated oven until crust is golden-brown and firm to the touch (6-8 min.).
  4. Remove crust from oven; let cool completely. Try it in our Lemon Meringue Tart and Double Chocolate Cheesecake recipes.
