Grilled Chocolate Cheesecake Bruschetta
Ingredients
4 (½" thick) slices
Kowalski's Italian Country Bread
- canola cooking spray, as needed (optional)
2 oz.
Milton Creamery Quark (from the Specialty Cheese Department)
1 oz.
Scharffen Berger Bittersweet Baking Chocolate, grated
- finely chopped Kowalski's Honey Toasted Pecans, to taste
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Mist one side of bread with canola spray, if desired. Grill directly over heat, oiled side down, until grill marks form (about 2 min.). Flip; toast other side (about 1 min. more).
- Remove from grill. Spread an even amount of quark on each piece of bread; sprinkle with chocolate and nuts.
