Ginger Icing
Ingredients
3-4 tbsp.
Ginger Simple Syrup, to taste
2 cups
confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
- skim milk, as needed (a few spoonfuls at most)
Directions
- Prepare syrup as directed in our Ginger Simple Syrup recipe.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together sugar and butter; whisk in milk a tiny bit at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Drizzle or spread on cookies, brownies, cakes, coffee cakes, scones, banana bread or other pastries.
