Name: Pimento Cheese Dip
Yield: Makes 1 ½ cups
Ingredients: 1 cup Kowalski's Sharp Cheddar Cheese; shredded; ½ cup mayonnaise; 4 oz. Kowalski's Original Whipped Cream Cheese Spread; 3 tbsp. drained; chopped pimentos; ¼ cup chopped onion; puréed in a food processor; ½ tsp. kosher salt; ¼ tsp. freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorn

3 tbsp. drained, chopped pimentos

¼ cup chopped onion, puréed in a food processor

¼ tsp. freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorn

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor; pulse or mix with an electric mixer until well combined.
Serve immediately with crackers or fresh veggies, or store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 2 days.
