Fresh Herb Sauce

Makes about ½ cup

Ingredients

⅓ cup Kowalski's Signature Herb Spread (from the Deli Grab & Go Case)
⅓ cup low-fat buttermilk
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
1 tbsp. sliced green onions

Directions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together herb spread and buttermilk.
  2. Stir in dill and parsley; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Garnish with sliced green onion; serve immediately or store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 5 days. Try it in our recipe for Lamb Burgers with Herb Sauce.
