- Calabro Hand-Dipped Ricotta, to taste
- Les Moulins Mahjoub Preserved Lemon, minced, to taste
- freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
Directions
- Spread one side of each crostini with ricotta; top with lemon preserves.
- Season with pepper to taste; serve immediately.
