Salty Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients
8 cups
water
2 cups
pumpkin seeds
4 tsp.
kosher salt
1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a large saucepan, bring water, pumpkin seeds and salt to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.; drain.
- Spread olive oil in the bottom of a jelly-roll pan; sprinkle seeds in an even layer over oil.
- Roast in preheated oven until browned (10-20 min.), stirring halfway through.
