Korean-Style Lettuce Salad
Ingredients
1 head
red leaf lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 head
green leaf lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
½ cup
Kowalski's Signature Kalbi Marinade (from the Meat Department)
2 tbsp.
rice vinegar
½
white onion, thinly sliced
4
green onions, thinly sliced
- toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions
- Wash lettuces in ice-cold water; drain thoroughly in a salad spinner until very dry. Set lettuces aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together marinade and vinegar.
- Add lettuces, white onion and green onions to the bowl; toss to coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds; serve immediately.
