Bacon-Wrapped Parmesan Dates

dried Medjool dates, pitted

matchstick-cut pieces Kowalski's Parmesan cheese (cut from a chunk), about ¼" x ¼" x 1 ½"

Kowalski's Smoked Bacon, cut crossways into halves

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Stuff each date with 1 piece of cheese; set aside.
- Place bacon on a rimmed baking sheet; bake in preheated oven until bacon is starting to crisp but is still pliable (about 7 min.).
- Remove from oven (it will only be partially cooked); let bacon cool until just warm enough to handle.
- Wrap bacon around each date and secure with a toothpick; place bacon-wrapped dates 1" apart on baking sheet.
- Bake until bacon is fully cooked and lightly crispy (10-12 min.), turning once.
- Remove from oven; drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
