Prosciutto Crisps
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper; arrange prosciutto in a single layer on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake in preheated oven until prosciutto is crisp and slightly darkened (10-15 min.).
- Remove from oven; let cool slightly (prosciutto will continue to crisp slightly as it cools).
Serving Suggestions:
- Eat as a snack or substitute for crispy bacon in another favorite recipe.
- Serve on sandwiches, pasta or pizza. It's perfect as a burger topping in our recipe for Gorgonzola Burgers.
