Sunshine Sauce

Makes about ¾ cup

Ingredients

A note about gluten: When a gluten-free mustard is used, this recipe is gluten free.

¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
½ tsp. finely chopped fresh dill
1-2 tbsp. low-fat buttermilk, as needed
- hot sauce, to taste
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste

Directions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, mustard, mayo and dill.
  2. Add buttermilk as needed to reach desired consistency; season to taste with hot sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with our recipe for Baked Chicken Tenders (as pictured), if desired.
