Kowalski's Simple Syrup

Directions
- Fill a sparkling wine flute and cocktail shaker with ice; set wine flute aside.
- Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to cocktail shaker; shake until thoroughly cold (15-20 sec.).
- Strain mixture into ice-filled wine flute; top with Champagne.
- Garnish glass with a lemon twist.
