Baked Chicken Tenders with Sunshine Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup
panko breadcrumbs
⅓ cup
Kowalski's Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
1 ½ tsp.
Mrs. Dash Table Blend Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
1 tbsp.
canola oil
½ cup
flour
3
eggs whites, lightly beaten, whisked with 1 tbsp. water
1 lb.
boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 ½" strips
- Sunshine Sauce, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Spread breadcrumbs on a rimmed baking sheet; bake in preheated oven until golden-brown (about 6 min.).
- Transfer toasted breadcrumbs to a shallow dish; whisk in cheese and seasoning. Drizzle with oil; stir to combine.
- Place flour and eggs in separate shallow dishes.
- Working in batches, coat chicken in flour, shaking off excess. Dip floured chicken in egg, then coat with panko, pressing to adhere. Place chicken on a wire rack; let air-dry for 15 min.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; bake in preheated 400° oven until chicken is golden-brown and cooked through (15-20 min.), flipping chicken and rotating pan halfway through.
- Serve with sauce for dipping.
