Salsa di Parmigiano Sprouts
Ingredients
  1 lb.
Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  
                                  
  3 tbsp.
Kowalski's Signature Salsa di Parmigiano Spread(or to taste)
  
                                  
  1 tsp.
kosher salt
  
                                  
  ½ tsp.
freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
  
                      Directions
          - Preheat oven to 450°.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss sprouts with Salsa di Parmigiano Spread; season with salt and pepper.
- In preheated oven, roast sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet until crisp and darkened on the edges and tender at the base (15-20 min.), stirring once.
- Serve immediately.
