Simple Sesame Honey Sauce
Ingredients
¼ cup
gluten-free tahini
¼ cup
heavy cream
2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Pure Honey
1 tbsp.
low-sodium soy sauce (or gluten-free tamari)
1 tbsp.
freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tbsp.
hot water
- freshly grated zest of 1 lime
¼ tsp.
crushed red pepper flakes and toasted sesame seeds (or to taste)
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
- Use as a dipping sauce for grilled poultry, meat or vegetables or as a quick marinade (15-30 min.) for proteins before grilling.
Tasty Tip:
- Discard marinade that has been in contact with raw proteins after use.
