Salad Girl Organic Crisp Apple Maple Vinaigrette (from the Produce Department); 1 Minnesota Grown SweeTango apple; cored and diced (peeled; if desired); 2 oz. Jeffs' Select Gouda (from the Specialty Cheese Department); shredded or finely diced; ¼ cup Sugared Sliced Almonds

Directions

Remove core from lettuce; separate leaves. Wash lettuce in ice-cold water; drain thoroughly in a salad spinner until very dry.
In a large salad or mixing bowl, toss lettuce with dressing to taste.
Top salad with remaining ingredients; drizzle with additional dressing to taste.
