Humboldt Fog Classic Salad
Ingredients
A note about gluten: To make this recipe gluten free, use a gluten-free mustard in place of the Dijon and a gluten-free tamari in place of soy sauce
3 tbsp.
white, apple cider or white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp.
Dijon mustard
1 tsp.
soy sauce
1 tsp.
honey
¼ cup
extra virgin olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 cups
mixed baby greens
½ cup
toasted pecans, roughly chopped
2
pears, thinly sliced
4 oz.
Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog Cheese, thinly sliced or gently crumbled
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients; slowly whisk in olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. In a large mixing or serving bowl, toss mixed greens gently with dressing; top with pecans, sliced pears and Humboldt Fog. Serve immediately.
