Egg Salad

Ingredients

A note about gluten: When a gluten-free mustard is used, this recipe is gluten free.

8 hard-boiled eggs, roughly chopped
½ tsp. kosher salt (or more to taste)
½ tsp. freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
½ cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
1-2 tsp. mustard (such as Kowalski’s Garlic Dill Mustard), optional
¼ cup chopped fresh chives (optional)

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together eggs, salt and pepper; fold in mayonnaise and mustard.
  2. Stir in chives.
  3. Serve immediately on sandwich bread, crackers or salad greens.
