Ingredients

- granulated or turbinado sugar, for rimming the glasses (optional)
1 orange wedge, for rimming the glasses (optional)
- ice
3 oz. Sainte Louise Brandy
1 ½ oz. orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
3 tbsp. Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (from the Produce Department)
2 orange twists, for garnish

Directions
  1. If desired, pour sugar onto a flat-rimmed dish. Moisten the rims of 2 coupe glasses with the orange wedge; dip rims in sugar and set glasses aside.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add brandy, orange liqueur and lemon juice; shake until mixture is very cold (about 30 sec.).
  3. Strain evenly into prepared glasses; garnish each glass with an orange twist.
