Loaded Bacon-BBQ Dogs with Herbed Coleslaw

Ingredients

6 Market Sausages Gourmet Akaushi All-Beef Hot Dogs
2 tbsp. Kowalski's Original BBQ Sauce
6 Kowalski's Brat Buns (or White or Wheat Hot Dog Buns)
6 strips Kowalski's Smoked Bacon, cooked crisp
- garnishes, to taste: sweet pickle relish, whole celery seeds, Dijon mustard and Kowalski's Signature Herbed Coleslaw (from the Deli Department)

Directions
  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat; clean grill grates.
  2. Grill hot dogs on preheated grill, covered, until dark grill marks form and dogs are thoroughly hot (about 10 min.), turning 3-4 times.
  3. Brush dogs with BBQ sauce; grill until sauce is hot and starting to get sticky (1-2 min. more).
  4. Load dogs into buns with a strip of bacon; garnish as desired.
