Lime and Honey Glazed Sea Bass
Ingredients
1 ½ tsp.
finely grated lime zest
¼ cup
Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (from the Produce Department)
2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Pure Honey
2 tbsp.
chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp.
low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ½ lbs.
fresh sea bass fillet(s), skin removed
½ tsp.
kosher salt
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients (through olive oil). Pour half of the mixture into a zipper-closure food storage bag; set remainder aside to reserve.
- Place fish in bag of marinade; refrigerate for 30 min., turning bag several times to coat.
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Remove fish from bag; discard bag of used marinade.
- Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish; bake in preheated oven until fish is just opaque in the center (8-10 min.).
- Sprinkle fish with salt; drizzle with reserved marinade and serve immediately.
