Greek Lamb Burgers
Ingredients
12 oz.
Kowalski's 100% Grass-Fed Ground Lamb

green onions, thinly sliced
2 oz.
feta cheese, finely chopped
3 tbsp.
chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 clove
garlic, finely minced
1 tsp.
dried oregano
1 tsp.
crushed red pepper flakes
½ tsp.
kosher salt

Kowalski's Sweet Egg Buns (from the Bakery Department), lightly toasted
- toppings, to taste: Bibb lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, peeled and thinly sliced cucumber, mango chutney and Lemon-Dill Dressing
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; clean grill grates.
- Using clean hands, mix first 8 ingredients (through salt) in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined; form 2 patties.
- Grill burgers over direct heat, covered, until done (4-5 min. per side), turning once.
- Remove from heat; tent loosely with foil and let stand for 3-5 min.
- Serve burgers on buns with desired toppings.
