Espresso-Rubbed Tenderloin Steak
Ingredients
2 ½ tsp.
instant espresso powder
2 ½ tsp.
brown sugar
2 ½ tsp.
Kowalski's Signature Northwoods Grill Seasoning

beef tenderloin steaks (4 oz. each, 1" thick)
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine espresso powder, brown sugar and seasoning; rub mixture evenly over both sides of steaks.
- On a lightly oiled grill, grill steaks over medium-high heat until desired doneness (5-6 min. per side for medium-rare).
