Buffalo Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients

4 Kowalski's Pretzel Burger Buns (from the Bakery Department)
- Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, softened
¾ cup Buffalo sauce
¾ lb. (2 ½-3 cups) shredded leftover roast turkey
- toppings, as desired: blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dressing, shredded lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, thinly sliced celery and leaves, extra Buffalo sauce

Directions
  1. Preheat a nonstick griddle to medium heat.
  2. Spread cut side of each bun with a small amount of butter; cook on preheated griddle, cut side down, until golden and lightly toasted. Set buns aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan, cook sauce over medium-high heat until very hot but not boiling.
  4. Add turkey to the pan; cook turkey, stirring to coat, until hot (about 2 min.).
  5. Serve warm turkey on buns with desired toppings.
