Beer-Glazed Brats

lager-style beer
2 tbsp.
brown sugar
2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Horseradish Pub Mustard
2 tbsp.

Kowalski's Butter Sausage Buns, split halfway down the top and toasted
- garnishes, to taste: Kowalski's Fresh Organic Sauerkraut, Kowalski's Stoneground Mustard, Kowalski’s Double Dill Pickles and Kowalski's Farmhouse Pickles
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine beer, sugar, mustard and honey over high heat; bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until glaze is reduced by ½ (7-10 min.).
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat; clean grill grates.
- Grill brats over direct heat until cooked through (about 8 min.), turning occasionally; brush brats evenly with glaze on all sides in the last 2-3 min. of cooking.
- Place brats in prepared buns; drizzle with remaining glaze.
- Garnish with kraut and mustard; serve with pickles on the side.
