Sangría Blanco
Ingredients
750 mL
Sauvignon Blanc (or another dry white wine with crisp acidity)
2 oz.
Kowalski's Pure Honey
1 oz.
light rum or brandy
1 oz.
Cointreau, triple sec or another orange liqueur

orange, thinly sliced and seeded, plus more for garnish

lemon, thinly sliced and seeded, plus more for garnish

lime, thinly sliced and seeded, plus more for garnish
1
white nectarine, pitted and thinly sliced, plus more for garnish

sparkling water, cold

Directions
- 1. In a 2 qt. pitcher, combine wine, honey, brandy and liqueur; stir until honey is dissolved.
- Add fruit; chill in refrigerator until cold (about 2 hrs.).
- Just before serving, add sparkling water; stir gently to combine.
- Serve in wine glasses over ice; garnish each glass with fruit.
