Pineapple Painkiller

Ingredients

2 oz. dark rum
1 oz. coconut rum
4 oz. canned pineapple juice
- ice
- splash heavy cream
- grated nutmeg, for garnish

Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine dark rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice and ice.
  2. Shake vigorously to combine (about 30 sec.); strain evenly into a lowball glass over ice.
  3. Pour cream on top; garnish with a dash of nutmeg.

Tasty Tips:

  • No coconut rum? Use light rum and a few drops of coconut extract or a splash of canned coconut cream.
  • If you don't have canned pineapple juice, you can use the juice from a can of pineapple. For best results, use fruit packed in real fruit juice, light syrup or heavy syrup, not water.
