Irish Coffee
Ingredients
1-2 tbsp.
Irish whiskey
1-2 tbsp.
sugar
- strong freshly brewed coffee, hot
- whipped cream, to taste
- chocolate shavings, to taste, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- In a large coffee cup, combine Irish whiskey and sugar.
- Pour in coffee.
- Top with whipped cream; garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
