Yogurt Mascarpone Icing
Ingredients
16 oz.
mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
½ cup
plain full-fat yogurt
½ cup
heavy cream, very cold
½ cup
superfine sugar
2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Pure Honey
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Using an electric mixer, beat mixture slowly at first, then at high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for 1-2 hrs. before using and serving. Try it in our recipe for Tomato Soup Cupcakes.
