Summer Melon Sundaes

Ingredients

1 Sugar Cube cantaloupe (or similar melon)
3 cups Kowalski's Signature Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
1 tbsp. freshly grated lemon zest
1 tbsp. very finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves

Directions
  1. Cut cantaloupe in half; use a spoon to scoop out seeds.
  2. Cut each half into thirds to create 6 wedges; place wedges in individual serving dishes.
  3. Top melon wedges evenly with ice cream; garnish with zest and rosemary.
