Molten Chocolate Cakes

Ingredients

16 tbsp. (2 sticks) Kowalski's Unsalted Butter
4 (4 ¼ oz.) bars Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate, broken into squares
4 eggs, plus 4 egg yolks
½ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
½ tsp. Kowalski's Organic Madagascar Vanilla Extract
- fresh strawberries, for garnish
- Kowalski's Signature Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, for serving

Directions
  1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter and chocolate until melted (3-4 min.); stir to combine.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, egg yolks and sugar with an electric mixer on high speed until thick and pale yellow.
  3. Fold flour, vanilla and chocolate mixture into the egg mixture; set aside.
  4. Butter 8 ramekins; divide batter evenly between cups. Cover each ramekin with foil; freeze until solid.
  5. Preheat oven to 450°.
  6. Bake frozen cakes in preheated oven until edges are set but centers are liquid (15 min.).
  7. Garnish with strawberries; serve with ice cream.
