Easy Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
16 oz.
chocolate melting discs
½ cup
chopped dried fruit, your choice
½ cup
chopped roasted and salted nuts, your choice
Directions
- Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high until discs are melted (2-2 ½ min.), stirring halfway through.
- Pour hot chocolate onto parchment paper and spread to approx. ¼" thickness; cool at room temperature until slightly firm.
- Top evenly with fruit and nuts, pressing slightly into soft chocolate; cool completely at room temperature.
- Store at room temperature for up to 1 week.
