Easy Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

16 oz. chocolate melting discs
½ cup chopped dried fruit, your choice
½ cup chopped roasted and salted nuts, your choice

Directions
  1. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high until discs are melted (2-2 ½ min.), stirring halfway through.
  2. Pour hot chocolate onto parchment paper and spread to approx. ¼" thickness; cool at room temperature until slightly firm.
  3. Top evenly with fruit and nuts, pressing slightly into soft chocolate; cool completely at room temperature.
  4. Store at room temperature for up to 1 week.
