Blues Buster
Ingredients
2 oz.
gin
¾ oz.
sweet vermouth
¾ oz.
pineapple juice
2 tsp.
orange liqueur
- orange twist, for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, vermouth, pineapple juice, orange liqueur and ice; shake vigorously to combine (about 30 sec.).
- Strain evenly into a martini glass; garnish with an orange twist.
Tasty Tip:
- If you don't have canned pineapple juice, you can use the juice from a can of pineapple. For best results, use fruit packed in real fruit juice, light syrup or heavy syrup, not water.
