Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients
A note about gluten: When a gluten-free baking chocolate is used, this recipe is gluten free.
4 oz.
semisweet baking chocolate, finely chopped
¼ cup
heavy cream
Directions
- Place chocolate in a heat-safe glass mixing bowl; set aside.
- In a microwave-safe dish, microwave cream for 30-90 sec. on high power until very hot but not boiling.
- Pour cream over chocolate; let stand for 2 min.
- Stir until ganache is smooth and glossy.
